Bank is not handicapped accessible.

I am a handicapped individual who banks at Lincoln Park Community Bank. My nearest branch is Hamilton. There is a wheelchair symbol on the door into the bank, but it is NOT handicapped accessible. There is an outer and inner door - both are very heavy to open. I drive an electric scooter to the bank and am unable to open either of the doors. In order to get in the bank, I need to wait for someone to see me and then open the door for me. You need to install an automatic door opener to make the bank handicap accessible. Thank you.
